Our clients wanted a design that would allow them to transition from a family with young children to eventual empty nesters. The existing 1958 bungalow was removed and replaced with a new 2,800 square foot, three-bedroom Cape Cod-style bungaloft with a detached garage. We gave close attention when designing the exterior to making certain that the house maintained the small-town look and feel of the Old Village of Streetsville. This home boasts a beautiful cottage-like great room with a gourmet kitchen area that includes high-end appliances and finishes consistent with the rest of the professionally designed interior.
